Some of these forms of income can be time consuming and can be subject to Union and committee approval, therefore a timeley submittion of application is favorable.
Summary
| Banking Records | Some payments are in the form of cash, cheques or bank transfers, such as donations. For these, a banking record needs to be raised for finance to be able to reconcillle it to the correct account. |
| Donation | Money received as goodwill for which the donor receives no benefit. A donation letter/email needs to be provided. |
| Sales invoices | Offering goods/services to a customer and requesting payment for it. |
| Online Sales | Selling products on the Union online shop. |
