Thursday 16th October 2025 - Manifestos Deadline
Friday 17th October 2025 - Candidates Revealed/Start of Campaigning
Monday 20th October 2025 - Voting Open
Thursday 23rd October 2025 - Voting Closes/Complaints Deadline
Friday 24th October 2025 - Results Announced
What positions are available?
1. Representatives to Council
2.Liberation and Community Networks Committees
3. Academic Representatives – Departmental and Year
(all Undergraduate Academic Reps are elected online in the Autumn Elections. Postgraduate Academic Reps are subject to department)
4. Wellbeing Representatives – Departmental and Year Groups
5. Constituent Unions Committees
6. Clubs, Societies and Projects Committees
7. Postgraduate Taught Representation Chair (lead the representation of all PGT students)
8. Postgraduate Taught Academic & Welfare Officers (postgrad faculty rep for each faculty)
9. Postgraduate Research Academic & Welfare Officer – Business School
10. Postgraduate Research Academic & Welfare Officer - Faculty of Natual Sciences

Using a simple online process on the Elections voting website using your University login and choosing which position you would like to stand for. Nominate here - https://vote.union.ic.ac.uk
