In this module, we will explore what effective representation looks like to ensure you feel confident and prepared to fulfil your volunteer roles! We are excited to welcome you to our network of student volunteers at Imperial College Union and hope you find value in the following content. By the end of this you should have adequate knowledge of what is means to be a student rep and the purpose of representation. You will learn about the 5 Rs of representation, how to collect feedback, how to negotiate with staff and how to communicate with students.
