A lot of your time as a senior rep is spent in meetings and this module is designed to prepare you for that. The module with cover the basics of preparing for a meeting and how to effectively represent students in the meetings you attend. We will discuss tips on how to successfully chair a meeting and touch up on principles of effective negotiation. Furthermore, we will cover how to deal with conflict in a meeting and the importance of recording/following up.
