If you're looking to use a space on a weekly basis, but have not account for this in your Annual Room Bookings, reoccurring room bookings may be an appropriate choice for your Club, Society or Project.
To submit a Recurring Room Booking, follow the guidance to submit an Ad-Hoc Room Booking for the first week you wish for the activity to take place. Then, where you have placed your brief activity description, please add the word ‘recurring’ and the number of weeks you want the activity to run. For example, if you want the activity to run every Wednesday from Wednesday 5th January to Wednesday 23rd March, please place the booking in for the 5th January and write in the description “recurring- 7 weeks”
Please note you no longer need to email us with the receipt of the booking.
