eActivities
eActivities is Imperial College Unions’ Hub that acts as the go-between for administrative processes in between volunteers and administrative staff members.
If you want to process any finances, create a product associate with your club/society/project or update your What’s On/website page – eActivities is the place for you.
Every Imperial College student is automatically enrolled as a member at Imperial College Union. This means that you can log in via your standard Imperial College student username and password – no need to sign up!
What is eActivities for? 
Essentially, eActivities is your base for all financial administration. The main task bar is your guide to all the processes it offers. One you have logged in you will be able to see your Roles on the home page.
Top Tip: If you are a committee member of more than one society, have more than one volunteer role, or are a student staff member you will potentially have a list of roles. You need to make sure you have clicked on correct role in order to have access to the correct pages.
Below we have listed the Navigation through the tabs, and where you can find what. If you are revisiting this page in order to find something specific, click Ctrl + F to search. If you cannot find what you are looking for – please email us at activities@imperial.ac.uk
Administration
There are two key tabs in the administration folder.
Bookings
- Request to hire equipment for your club/society/project
- Request to hire a minibus club/society/project or department
Club, Society & Projects
- Details — your committee details, member list, contact details, essential committee checklist, key lists, website and email.
- Documentation – vital information about your club/society.
- Tasks - A place to set tasks for members of your committee, and the ability to see any outstanding actions for administrative requests or bookings.
- What's On - This is the place where you can upload and advertise your events on the Union Website. For information on how to use What’s On to advertise your events click here.
