After your election you should:
You must submit the contact details of all your incoming committee by 01 August before eActivities refreshes for the next academic year
Once the election has ended, results for all CSP online elections will be posted on the 'News' section of the Union website.
Both successful and unsuccessful candidates will be contacted directly by the Elections Team to inform them of the result, and to welcome them to Imperial College Union's network of 2,500+ Club, Society & Project Officers.
We would recommend that you contact your wider membership to let them know the results are out and to see the result of their participation in your election.
What do I tell my members?
We would recommend you announce your results by email to your whole membership.
When announcing your results, you should include:
- Who was elected for each position
- Total number of votes cast
- Number of votes received by each candidate
- Number of votes received by each candidate in each round
- The quota
Luckily this information will be clearly displayed on the Results page which you will find on the News' section of the Union website.
For online elections, the Union will upload your results however you will still need to submit the contact information for your incoming committee.
