Disposal or Sale of Equipment

In line with the Union's Club, Society and Project Equipment Policy. All equipment used by Clubs, Societies, and Projects is the property of the Union – if you wish to sell or dispose any equipment with a total current value of more than £100 you must first obtain permission from the Deputy President (Finance & Services). In your email please include the following; 

  • Why the items need to be disposed of or sold
  • The cost to your CSP at the time of purchase for the items
  • The cost to your CSP for the replacement of the items
  • The impact the disposal/sale will have on your CSP's activities/events
