As a Rep you need to decide what to do with the feedback you receive from students. In order to be most effective its important to select the right forum for sharing student feedback.
Student Staff Committees (SSCs - or SSLGs for Medics!) are a great opportunity to raise student issues or present feedback. However its important to note that not all feedback needs to be presented in this forum, sometimes having a conversation with the right person is all that is needed to reach a solution to an issue.
Follow our Decision Tree diagram for advice on where best to represent an issue raised by a student. Remember to think about the 5 R's too and where working with teams across the Networks may be useful!
