The Union Helpdesk is where all services and support for members is coordinated from
The Union Helpdesk is located on the Ground Floor of the main Union Building in Beit Quadrangle on the South Kensington campus
Services provided at the Helpdesk include:
- Post collection for individuals and CSPs
- Collection of bookable equipment including projectors, VGA cables, marshal packs, PDQs
- Collection of minibus keys
- Purchase of Associate Membership
- Pick up keys for space access
- General queries for the Union
